Caitlin M. Dutkiewicz has collaborated with Stephen, Laura and Andrew on educational programming for kids and teens for the past ten years. Caitlin studied theater management at the Yale School of Drama, where she focused much of her work on how theaters can take better care of their employees and artists.  She has worked as the Associate Managing Director and Company Manager of Yale Repertory Theatre, served as the Yale Fellow at Berkeley Repertory Theatre, and stage managed countless productions in the Boston and D.C. area. Caitlin currently sits on the steering committee of the Georgetown Theater Alumni Network and formerly sat on the inaugural Young Patrons Board at Arena Stage in Washington D.C. Caitlin graduated from Georgetown University with degrees in Linguistics and French.
